Which operating system? Which antivirus program are you using? What is the name of the virus/worm/trojan in each of the files detected? Have you run a full system scan while in Safe Mode? If not, please do.
The are a few different viruses that use the "bootloader.exe" file. Once such is at the link below:

Have you used a trojan/spyware detector on the computer? If not, then please download, install, update, then restart in Safe Mode and run a full system scan using the free program at the link below:

ok, my virus alert came on tellin gme i have two viruses that are called: bootloader.exe and three(2).exe, says they are trojans and that they have been deleted, also it says the host is aim, which i deleted, but now when i rebooted it take s forever to boot up because my virus scan keeps finding these two trojans everytime i boot up, any hlep??? please
