I have an XP. it takes a long time for the outlook express to open and it takes a long time for the site to open. I have scanned with Norton but the problem still persist.

I have been informed the teddy bear in my system is a virus. do i remove it.

There are many virus hoaxes with the bear one having been around for too many years. Please visit to update yourself on virus hoaxes as well as other such foolish things you might recieve in email.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
