You have to disable system restore, scan again and afterwards ENABLE system restore again.

Disable the System Restore Utility (WinME Users)
1. Right-click the My Computer icon on the Desktop and click Properties.
2. Click on the Performance tab.
3. Click on the File System button.
4. Click on the Troubleshooting tab.
5. Checkmark Disable System Restore.
6. Click the Apply button.
7. You'll be prompted to restart the computer. Click Yes.
Note: To re-enable the Restore Utility, follow steps 1-7 but remove the checkmark next to Disable System Restore in step 5.


Disable the System Restore Utility (WinXP Users)
1. From the taskbar, click Start, right-click My Computer, and click Properties.
2. Click on the System Restore tab.
3. Checkmark Turn off System Restore on All Drives.
4. Click OK.
5. You'll be prompted to restart the computer. Click Yes.
Note: To re-enable the Restore Utility, follow steps 1-5 but remove the checkmark next to Turn off System Restore on All Drives in step 3.
