My operating system is XP. My computer was made to order. Somewhere I picked up some of those Trojan viruses. I have tried Kaspersky free trial and now have Spyware Doctor withanti virus. It has picked up and quarantined viruses such as Trojan.Clientman, Trojan-spy.banker, Heurengine zeroday threat and just today, hijacker.dospop-toolbar. I don't seem to be able to get rid of these. They are just put in quarantine. Do I remove them? I am seriously thinking of reformatting my computer. Would this take care of this problem, that stays with me constantly. I would appreciate any help. Thanks. BJC

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
