VirtualBox Help

I recently installed VirtualBox onto my Windows 7 PC. I'm using it to boot Ubuntu, and was wondering if anyone could tell me how to use flash drives with it. I know this is a really basic question, but I can't seem to figure it out! Thanks!

Just ran it up and I plug in the USB device then wait then in Vbox along the top is Devices, USB Devices and I check off the new stick.
