Virtual PC / Windows FrontPage 2003

Sep 17, 2005 2:42AM PDT

I have a Mac Cube with updated processor, memory, etc.
running OS X 10.3. Within the PC emulator Microsoft
Virtual PC v.7 program, I'm running Windows 2000 Pro,
but having no luck installing Windows FrontPage 2003.
Here's the message that keeps popping up:
-----
SETUP.exe has generated errors and will be closed by
Windows. You will need to restart the program.
An error log is being created.
-----
No matter what I try, the same message comes up. Any
suggestions? FrontPage loads nicely on a PC.

Thanks for this...

I bet the copy protections are failing. To fix this, call it in and ask if they know how to get it to work on your setup.

You could use a Mac Web Page builder and not have the problems of producing websites that did not conform to the W3C standards.
One such a piece of software would be Freeway Pro. Details at www.softpress.com
Don't be a slave to fashion, learn how to code and produce sites that are accessible to all.
Even MS, whose site works on almost all the browsers, does not use Front Page to produce it.

Just a thought
