Virtual Office Collabortation

by martymar3200 / February 12, 2006 11:27 PM PST

I am currenty involved in a project to create a virtual office. The idea of the project is to purchase a 3-D Game engine and create some form of a virtual office environment that would allow multiple users to communicate and meet without having to travel. I was wondering if anyone had any comments or suggestions?

I'm missing the link between 3D games and a virtual office, which seems to me a place to store a calendar, shared documents and communicate via a messenger or so. Can you explain?

The purpose of the game engine is to create a virtual world for avatars. This would allow peole in the office to have meetings, exchange docs, and collaborate on projects without leaving there desk.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
