virtual memory

hey guys.. i have a prob. there's a popping message in my windows saying " Your virtual memory is low and the pages im visiting have a large size some of the page will not be downloaded", so what do i have to do? and does it have a connection that i restore my laptop cause some spyware or virus have attack my p.c and the anti virus did not work so decided to restore it as the fist time i bought it. cause i'm like really pissed off. please help me thanks!!

It's been like a month since i ran disk clean up..does it have something to do with what Im experiencing now? and what are the negative effects of what i've done?

It can. Here's why. If you have Windows set to manage the pagefile automatically and there is low disk space, this message can happen.

Forensics are tough here. I can't find exactly what you've done. My thoughts are you need to set the paging file to LET WINDOWS DECIDE or try 2GB for now.
