Can you tell more about what you want and what you want to do with it once you have it?
For example, http://www.techrepublic.com/article/mapping-drive-letters-to-local-folders-in-windows-xp/ tells you how to address a folder in Windows XP as a drive. Since it isn't a drive at all, I would call it a virtual drive. But you might mean something else, such as mounting an ISO or running a guest OS.
