I actually ran the onecare scan in safemode and it still could not remove it. And I thought I tried the hijack this and it didn't even detect it. But I will try again.

The Super anti-spyware program worked great. Removed and quarantined things that windows defender and onecare didn't even find. Thanx

Ok I am so not computer literate but I have had a horrible virus which allowed many pop up many many pop up I could not get rid of this and almost cancelled my internet. My computer was super slow as well. I looked up the virus and came up with this website/blog. I down loaded the super Anti spyware. I am so incredibly happy. My computer has no pop ups and runs as fast as DSL should run. It is awesome. Thanks for giving the advice to the previous person who asked about this virus. Windows live care could not quarantine the virus. SUPERAntiSpyware found 183 potentially harmful files and removed all of them....thanks again

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
