virgin mobile text message

Hey guys, so i got a text saying 'You've reached 100% of $289.00 included value & rollover for **********.' what does that mean in dumb person language? my usual bill is $70 and has a completely different text saying when it's due and that its a bill. Not even sure if this i a place to ask but i got no other ideas.

I'd ask the customer service of Virgin mobile. They should know.

Value is not the same number as your bill.

I could write you are getting 10,000$ of value from CNET of which you are billed for zero. This is confusing at first so go with what you are billed rather than them telling you what a deal we are giving you.
