Heres my input my father was a luck person and had 1 of these tvs bought for him friday morning we just finished installing it in there bedroom with a nice sony surround system it may be a cheap tv but man i must say ITS A MUST HAVE FOR A BEDROOM i paid almost that for a nice 27 in. flat tube sony i have in my bedroom. but heres the deal after we finished up i took off to walmart and low and behold there sat the same tv covered with all kinds of junk as if someone were stashing it away this store only had 7 for sale friday morning.when i called this am there were SOLD OUT the guy in the elect. dept. told me so i uncovered it bought it and a wall mount less than 1200 bucks guess where its going yup in my bedroom i have been looking at the 42 in. panasonic plasma hdtv for my den so im off to circut city in the morning to get my panasonic and have a tv hanging party tom. afternoon oh yes it comes with a remote and i must say its a very nice looking tv we installed it with all the wires running into the wall behind the tv so all thats hanging is the TV no wires LOOKS GREAT like my dad said if it last 2 years so be it not like your out big $$$$$$$

I arrived at the Lunenburg Ma store at 4:30am The line was about 100' long so I went back 2 hrs later and found out the store had only 6 tvs. They were gone in not time The model $997 I was after was V42PD16EA The price was right but would the unit work well? Lets see if they get more in. Oh does it come with a remote?
