Sorry for the misspell in some areas.
This monitor has me going in circles.
Thank's!
David
Had a storm a short while back, but my HP desktop A6437A sayed up & didn't shut down.
The monitor just went to a black screen with the power indicator staying lit green.
Tried the hard reset by unplugging the power cord & holding down the power button & stil would not produce a screen.
Just flickered the message "no signal" that comes up everytime it powers up & then goes away & stays balck.
Can hear Vista 64 bit OS boot up.
Hooked a CRT monitor up to the desktop & works fine.
Though it might have been a problem with my Nvidia Grafhics GPU at first.
My only conclusion would be the Bulb or invertor board.
Too nice of a monitor to just toss out when it's most likely a easy fix.
Any support from other sites you can direct me to for troubleshooting would be nice if any of you have had this problem with your monitor in the past.
Then I can go to YouTube to find out how to disasemble it to find the culprit.
Thank's!
David
