Hello,

You can go directly to www.cnet.com/techtracker, and click the "log in" link in the upper right side of the page. Log in with your registered email address, and then click the "TechTracker" link. This will take you to your list of available updates.

TechTracker doesn't click through any more

I also must be stuck on stupid, please type slowly for me also.

Although I have followed your method for updates, above, successfully, I used to have a better one.

When I had TechTracker 3, it used to open my browser and my CNet profile, and take me straight to the updates.

Then one day, it stopped. It wasn't clicking through any more - the browser didn't open.

So I removed it, and replaced it with TechTracker 4.

But it's still not opening my browser when I click on 'View My Software'.

So, I followed this thread and used your above answer to do my updates today.

But how can I restore the quick click-through, please?

Many thanks.

I had this same problem and was also stuck on stupid for a while! When you click the "View my software" icon it's supposed to take you to the CNET Tracker home page. Before you can see any results though, you have to sign in first. Sign in is on the upper right corner of the CNET Tracker home page.
