I have a wonderful entertainment system in our basement, now 5 years old. Anchored by a Panasonic Plasma TC P65S1 (have always loved Panasonic plasmas), the TV is paired with a Pioneer VSX 919AH-K receiver. I am considering upgrading the receiver due to lack of enough HDMIs (only 3). I have a XBOX, Apple TV (which is not working through the pioneer), Panasonic blu ray and dish network. Due to the glitching the Apple TV has with the Pioneer receiver and the subsequent end around I've had to make by connecting the Apple TV to the TV with a digital audio output to the receiver, I've decided to go receiver shopping but would like it to be Viera Link compatible. Evidently Panasonic is no longer manufacturing receivers. Are there any other ideas from the CNET community?
