Video Web Camera Pop Up with Gateway LT2104U

I have not been able to disable the pop up for the gray video web menu bar. I can move it to top, left or right and each time I move the cursor to that area, it pops us. How can I get eliminate this? Thanks, Volkan Akkurt

Either right click any part of that menu bar and see what options, or look for any icon in the Notification area, (where the clock is), right click, and look at the options. I assume this is Window3s, only you don't say, If not, then I must pass.

Win 7 is very good but compare for all win 3 is the best best ...
No head ache , but comming OS has one or other issues ....

its only looks good but no performance .. compare to win 3

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
