Video_TS file - extracting original files

Aug 22, 2005 9:22AM PDT

Hi everyone,
Is there any way to extract the original files that made up a Video_TS file. I purchased a DVD of a whale watching trip I did but there is no music and I would like to remake it, adding a soundtrack. Is it possible to work backwards from the Video_TS file?

I run Windows XP home and usually use Memories on TV to make my DVDs, burning with Nero.

Thanks

Take a demo look at ulead DVD Factory and others.

The newer versions at Ulead.com have demos and ... can use that DVD as source material for your new creation.

Extracting files from Video_TS

Thanks Bob - I'll do that. I tried to upload it into MOTV but as it was the Video_TS file nothing happened.

I don't see MOTV at Ulead.com

Very odd. I use most of their tools, but no MOTV in the set.

Or was that something else?

MOTV is Memories on TV, the software program that I have been using to make my DVDs, similar to Ulead I guess.
