Can you share a bit more such as do you use a VPN, and what are the 01 and 07 Smart Values of all HDDs from a Speccy report?
Also, try a HDMI connection as I'm seeing odd issues now and then with DisplayPort. Be sure to run Nvidia's firmware update tool to rule that out.
Hey guys, I've tried everything I can think of and am at my wit's end. Here's the deal. While watching video on Netflix (just the web app, the windows app simply keeps a low FPS), Hulu, Youtube, etc (but not video that is already on my pc as a file) it will freeze for just a moment (0.75-1.5 sec) and then catch up, and this happens every 4-8 seconds.
I have a more than adequate setup. I'm positive that the issue is related to some sort of setting that I'm unaware of.
I just installed a new monitor today. Before installing the monitor, this issue was only happening on Amazon Prime Video, as far as I can recall, but it's happening on all online-hosted video now. It's definitely not my connection either. I'm on a 1gigabit connection. Any clue what could be causing this?
