video output card

I'm looking to purchase a video card with s-video out and componet out. I don't need the monitor out, I would just be using to view movies on my tv. A video input to record TV as well would be another option but not as important. Looking at a cheap price, any ideas?

http://www.matrox.com/mga/workstation/video/news/press_rel/2004/parhelia_apv_e.cfm will be pretty cheap compared to what was available last year.

Since you didn't note component video capture, the usual ATI or Hauppaugge TV/capture cards will do fine.
