Video freezing on Vista Home Premium

Hello to all. I bought this laptop about a month ago. Vista Home Premium, 4gb ram, im on cable internet wifi. I have adobe flash player v.10 with the plugin. I have tried adjusting the settings on flash player. I have tried uninstall/reinstall also. I am so frustrated. When I try to use video sites like justin tv or youtube the video will start out ok but then freeze and the only way to make it go is to reload page. The strange thing is hulu works fine? I am willing to try just about anything to fix, even if I have to get rid of vista. Can anyone help?

Start with your warranty.

This is well inside the warranty. Ask for repair or refund if the machine has malfunctioned.
