It's quite an expensive product and Apple is known for it's support (in a good way.) Time to do two things.
1. Start a backup of things you can't lose (time machine?)
2. Call Apple.
I have been working with Final Cut Pro 6 for almost 10 years with no problems. Earlier today the program crashed on me after I moved a video file to the sequence bin. Now all of my video files that I originally had loaded into the program have been modified and now I only have audio and no video playing. This is the first time it has ever happened to me and I do not have any backup copies of the videos that were in need of editing. I have a deadline to have these videos done by the end of the week and have no clue how to begin to recover the files. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
