In the Virtual Dub documentation is a section about how to resize the image to delete scanlines or pixels from top, bottom, left or right. I see no reason to duplicate that information here.
BUT I want to share you want to delete pixels in total of 8. Some CODECS will throw a conniption fit if you have odd sized video.
I've yet to see any video processor that removes the watermark.
Being a sports fan, I record a lot of old films and games from stations like ESPN Classic.
Always at the bottom of the screen is that annoying "bottomline" which repeats the same scores over and over.
Does anyone have a suggestion on how I could possibly edit that out of my video, before I transfer to dvd????
I know that there is some software like Virtualdub that supposed will remove some of the "watermark" in the upper right hand corner of the screen, if I am reading that correctly.
Anyway I am looking for any and all suggestions and help, as these boards always come thru for me.
