Video download

I am trying to download videos from you tube to my computer, looking for advice on how to accomplish this.

Have not had much luck to this point

I know that many videos are copyrighted, I found that trying to download Sanford and son that applied, yet, many of the Sanford videos are free those are the ones I am looking at..

You mention the the "download button", is that an item that can be placed on my computer and if so where will I locate it?

I did see in one of my attempts to find a site to download this: "youtube music download 7.9. Would appreciate your input.

Sorry but with so many infested Youtube downloaders I may note one and even then will never vet or promote it. This decision is yours to make.

run it full screen and just copy it. In Linux use "record my desktop", in Windows install Cam Studio.

in the download section that allow you to take a youtube video and download to any video or audio format you wish. They even have apps that download the video to a audio MP3 file.
