Question

Video desk web software

Hello,
I need a software that works on all browsers: a help desk with live video. It must have a knowledge base so questions already asked can be answered by the system.
If it's free, that's better, but that's not mandatory.
Thank you.

It should also be configured in Spanish. Do you please know something that meets these requirements?
Thanks

So far no video on say the Lynx browser.

You may have to redo your spec to include "most browsers."

PS. What you are asking for is not one piece of software.

I am encountering folk that want it all rolled up into one neat package. Yes there's TeamViewer but you want it all web or cloud based. Your company's IT or CIO must apply themselves here.

I think that any help deks software that can give answers from a database could have a link to a video on your companies server as part of the answer. Or do I understand your question wrong?
