I'm not sure but if you see full screen but the PC end cannot, could it be that the PC end has a setting incorrectly set or does not have a good enough Internet connection to support large expanses of Video real estate?
Full screen video, good video, eats up bandwidth at a terrific rate and requires a fair amount of processor power. What is full screen? 15", 17" 22" or even the 30"
Maybe the problem lies at the receiving end.
Ever consider getting your family to buy a Mac? Happy

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
