Are you trying to get a brand new PC Working or is it one that has been working for some time ?

This is an older computer that currently worked. The screen began to distort and I thought it was a monitor problem. Put a different computer on the same monitor and things were fine. I installed a different video card and still no image. One monitor says no signal ????
