By saying "half" overheating I mean this:
One side overheats(I almsot burned my hand by touching it).
The other side is cool.The cool side has a fan on it,and all the other stuff of the card.The hot side has no fans,nothing,just plain board.
I used nTune to check out the temps:around 55C when idle,and goes up to 65C when gaming.These temps are good(The idle is a little too hot) but these are the AVARAGE ones(for both sides).On real time:the cool side is around 40C(I think) and the hot one goes hot as hell.
I tried connecting a case fan and directing it to the hot side of the card,But that didnt too much,and it still overheats.

Anyone has an advise for me?Should(Can?) I connect a heat sink to the card?Any help would be greatful.
