Video card compatibility help

It's usually on the side panel of the PSU.

I've yet to find that info missing from the PSU sticker. However some folk don't want to look. There are many reasons why but I'd be guessing here.

make unknown, could be a "max" rating, not "continuous". The CPU alone is about 100w power requirement. The video card is only 30w, low rated card.
If it was a horse it might plow, but not run in the Kentucky Derby.

give us the name of the mfg, series and model number OR better yet, open the case and write down the info on the side of the PSU. Should look something like the sample below.
