Because even the BOTTOM CHEAP CARDS from this link -> http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/radeon-geforce-price,2323-2.html still need more power so you'll be changing the power supply with the new card.
I have a Dell E521 with windows vista.AMD Athlon (TM)62x2 Dual Core Processor 4000+ 2.10GHz with intergrated GeForce 6150LE Video card.
What card(s) can I upgrade to and would it be plug and play or do I have to change anything ? I'm not to sure if I have to mess with bios setup and would it be complicated ?
By installing a new power supply. Video at http://cnettv.cnet.com/install-blazing-graphics-card-getting-started/9742-1_53-19771.html
And that's a Dell like yours.
