Video / Animation creation software

Hey all

i'm trying to ceate an animated video similar if not excatly to this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LYBgDRKxUhk

I like the transitions and the movements but I don't know what software to use. I thought maybe something in the Adobe Suite but again not sure.

I don't care if it takes me time to learn how to do it as I like those kind of things.

So does anyone know what software can be used to create this kind of video.

Just want to know what software can give me this as a final product. I previously used adobe flash and like doing these kind of things. I've gotten into scribe and have taken an interest in this video.

So basically a name of a software that will actually allow me to have those roadmap style, camera angels, 3d like shots.

You can make something with Adobe Flash Professional, Cool
