Couldn't find your model # on Panasoinc web site.
I assume you have connected the audio and video from the VHS-VCR to the Audio and video inputs of the DVD recorder and the output of the DVD recorder to the TV.
Pressed record on the dvd recorder. After recording you have to finilise the DVD so it can be played. See the book for your Panasonic DVD for details. John
Hello, I want to copy my vhs tapes to dvd. This is what I did so far: connected the vhs player to the Panasonic (scart) which is connected to the TV. When I play the vhs I can watch it on the TV, I choose AV on the dvd-recorder, press the 'record' button and it records - but when I check it just shows a black screen.
I cant not follow the logic - what has to be connected to what and how - to get the vhs into the dvd-recorder and to the dvd or at least on the HD of the recorder??
Another question is: what format do I have to choose to copy from the HD to a DVD-R? I tried SP but then I accepts only a short film while the dvd has 4.7 GB?
I'm getting so frustrated by all the messages from the recorder like ' not enough space on disk' or 'can't copy high speed' and never tells WHY.It would be great if somebody could explain what I have to do. Thanks for any advice.
