Is there any use?
Instead of partitions for example?

To using VHD instead of partitions, no.

Since a VHD is a file it would not only require a partition but a file system on that partition so the answer is simply no.

Thanks to all those who answered
I use the vhd in virtual machine.
Is there any other use?
There is an option to run even on a regular computer what is used for?

Nope.

For 99% of the use it's for Virtual Machines. Yes there was someone that tried to boot it without a VM but talk about a time waster. Their problems were many and I would not support them. Eventually they figured it out and used a normal Windows and Linux install.
