I will be grateful for recommendations how to use the VG-KBD2000 keyboard with the 2013 F6300 smart TV What dongle and app need to be used?

Please add the full model number of the TV.

Not all models use that keyboard but are you writing that it is offered as an accessory and comes with no user guide?

The full model number is UN65F6300AF
The keyboard don't offered as an accessory, the user manual show what I can use USB keyboard and mouse.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
