Very Slow Upload

by ryes / December 5, 2003 1:13 PM PST

The dsl reports speedtest posts a score of 1411/48. The 1411 is wonderful but the 48 is not. IE 6.1 has been sluggish. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

DSL is asymmetric by design. I don't see anything "off" about your numbers as this is about right for the upload speed on your average DSL.

If you want a higher uplink speed, some ISP's will sell you this speed.

Frankly, I've summarized this in the first paragraphs. As I see nothing wrong, but many won't beleive it, here's a link to many things about DSL
