Windows 95 Laptop On Dial-up?

Sorry, without a lot more specific information, it's tough to guess at a cause or a solution..

Operating system? Type of internet connection? etc.. Type of downloads you're having problems with.. "All Downloads" doesn't help us much.. The more information you give us, the better informed our answer will be.

Hope this helps.

Adobe makes a ton of products.. Which one are you trying to download and how? Are you trying to download a file to your desktop? If so, please provide the link..

Same thing for the Lexmark printer driver..

And if those are the only two things you have slow downloads from, then it may be perfectly normal for those sites to be slow.. Are all other downloads fast?

You stated: "I have very fast speed online"....So how "fast" is fast? Using the link below, what is your download and upload speed? (Click on the link and use the "SunJava speed test: link.)

Hope this helps.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
