I've just spent hours dealing with Samsung's (lack of) customer service. Our 8-month-old microwave failed this morning. The flimsy plastic attachment point for the door latch spring broke off; it's an integral part of the door frame, and 3 minutes on the internet will confirm that it's a very common design fault. Samsung doesn't recognize our warranty status, and no one either by phone or by internet chat seems to recognize the problem. There is really no valid reason for this level of incompetence, either real or dictated by corporate policy. BAD! BAD! BAD!
