I have a very serius question regarding my next mp3 player!
I have lowered my choices down to two.
1.) iRiver H320
2.) Cowon iAudio x5
If I got the H320 I would update the firmware to the Korean so it could play video, so that would be the same.
I like the look of the H320 better ("soviet ipod" has a cool ring to it, too), but all of the ratings are better for the X5. Also, the H320 is being lost because of the new H10 (I definitly don't want because I dislike touch sensative pads).
I am a little concerned about the X5's navigation controlls. I really like the H320's tactile buttons, but I used a Samsung Yepp player (the flash player they have that views photos - forget the exact name) with the same type of joystick thing that appears to be on the X5 and it was a little iffy. Can anyone clear this up for me? How sturdy do the X5's controlls feel? I also am not too fond of the extra thing to carry around to charge and stuff for the X5.
I normally have pants with very big pockets, so size isn't really a factor, although I like the shape of the H320 (box shaped) better than the wierd curve thing on the back of the X5.
I am pretty confident that I don't need more than 20GB or the X5L for the battery because I don't take long trips very often and I don't have a humongous music library (about 1000 songs), so I don't need to worry about that.
Help would be MUCH appreciated. Thanks!!
