Very Bad Experience with Bell South

I subscribed to Bell South High Speed DSL using their $99 promotion to bundel three services ( Local Tel/DSL and Cell Phone).

The DSL service very bad. The customer service is even worse. The customer service operates 9AM to 5 PM Mon to Friday and if you have any problem in connecting to internet , you will get a recorded message .........Go to our website etc etc..........

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
