I would like to lodge a complaint with Samsung regarding their LED TV Model UN55KS8000F. This TV was purchased only 16 months ago through Dell. The TV has not been abused or overused in any way. When I spoke with Samsung I was told it was out of warranty and all cost would be out of pocket. Based on the other post I have read it would cost more to repair this TV then to purchase a new one. My main complaint is there seems to be a known issue with the mainboard and customers should have been notified of the potential issue or at the least extend the warranty an additional year. I have purchased Samsung and have been a loyal customer of their products, but at this point based on their customer service and poor quality of their hardware, I will not purchase again.
