Hi,
I have a 4 week old ES8000 LEd which as developed a permanent vertical purple line approx 3 inches right of centre as viewed. This TV was a replacement for the previous 55 inch LED which had developed the same fault. Lines in both cases visable on all inputs..
Can anyone shed any light on what the causes are ? Could they somehow relate to my AV reciever ( which feeds the various in puts to the TV ), or am I just rather unlucky and barking up the wrong tree ?
In my view Samsung have a problem and need to address this asap as this should not happen on any new TV, whether 100 GBP or 2500GBP...
Thanks in advance for any thoughts on the above...
