I own Version Tracker PRO - good thru 20110125. All the newsletters and emails from CNET stated all would work fine until the subscription expired, which for me is in 2011.
BUT, today, my software can no longer connect to the version tracker website/server. And I see on the CNET website where they state it was turned OFF in September.
I have submitted tickets to this new CLOUD verion - TechTracker; which CNET seems determined to force on us; which I'm sure we can all thank the microsoft supporters for !
Anyway, I've asked for the "TechTrackerPlus" software with a serial number to be emailed to me, as a replacement for my VTpro, which they have broken. Beside the fact that NONE of my data from VT is in the TT system.
If I don't get the software in by Monday evening; there's an email drafted to go to the BBB and what !!! Do I here "ClassAction" out there !!!!
