If you are asking for help
Jul 21, 2007 7:50AM PDT

If you're asking for technical help, please be sure to include all your system info, including operating system, model number, and any other specifics related to the problem. Also please exercise your best judgment when posting in the forums--revealing personal information such as your e-mail address, telephone number, and address is not recommended.

I have Verizon DSL and I have no problems.

Do you have a Wireless Router connected?

If so, what is the make and model?

Also what is the make and model of the Verizon DSL modem/router?

With more information, we can help you straighten out you speed problem.

VERIZON sucks! If you want SPEED, don't go with VERIZON!
They are almost slow as DIAL-UP! I can't enjoy musics, movies,
etc. cause they load too slow, when I watches movies on computer,
every seconds stops, then go... stops, then go. Who wouldn't be
so pissed off? So I thought my memory is just slow, so i uninstall
my game which saves me like, 2,543 MB and scan my computer all night,
I restart my computer, and when I went back to the internet, nothing
changed, absolutely nothing!!!
Please, Don't go with VERIZON! they are slow! trust me!
I will stop using their service, who would want a cheap service?
I'll give the HughsNET a shot.
