Verizon's new international phone

Does anyone have info on Verizon's phone I saw advertized as a GSM/CDMA combination.

Yes! It is by Samsung, I think model # 790? It works as a CDMA "digital only" in USA and you get a SIM card for international usage, that works on the GSM network. I think it is the first one out, so far being marketed to business community and rather expensive.
Some Verizon stores have it on display but not much info on it yet.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
