Verizon Push To Talk

Jul 14, 2004 12:38PM PDT

Does anyone know when Verizon will be offering some new Push To Talk phones? Not a big fan of their Motorola V60P phone and not a big fan of Motorola products. Thanks!

Re: Verizon Push To Talk

I will be surprised if Verizon tries to market the push-to-talk more. My local Verizon Wireless store (owned by Verizon Wireless) won't recommend the push-to-talk service to customers after they heard from other stores that the service doesn't work half the time. The cost of it isn't worth it for me. plus I don't like using phone as a walkie-talkie. To me, the idea is wrong. If you want Verizon Wireless service, get the regular service, and skip the push-to talk service.
