Verizon not ready for MS 7

by r0571 / November 9, 2009 1:42 AM PST

I tried to load 7 on my p/c kept getting a message that Kaspersky Anti-Virus was running and had to be unistalled. Short version of story.... on Verizon website found that their Verizon Virus suite won't be ready for 7 until a week or so... and that other internet network features won't be ready until January 2010... this is hard for me to believe... Contacted their "chat" help...person seemed totally unaware of this.... Am I incorrect in my understanding of what is going on??? No posting of this on the Verizon main pages or main help pages.. have to look for it...

you can remove my post... I'm not installing 7 until Verizon works their virus checker and other issues out and finishes progamming for 7.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
