The LG7000 is probably the best choice overall even more cost. Battery life on the 7000 is also very good.
The LG7000 has the best alarms around good calendar , good pix.
Samsung a very good choice also, not quite the features but god pix and good screan.
Good Luck
I'm switching from Sprint to Verizon and I'm trying to decide which phone to get. I have to buy 2, one for me and one for the wife.
I'm in the Atlanta area and I believe all digital will be fine since Verizon has this area pretty well covered. And we don't travel to areas that won't be covered much.
My Sprint phone is a Samsung and I've had it for 4 years. During that time it has taken one heck of a beating and still works. So I will say I lean toward the a670 based on how the phone holds up...don't know about how the LG phones hold up.
I've done a lot of research and have narrowed it down to the LG7000 and the Samsug a670. I like both, but even though I've had good luck with Samsung products in the past, I've noticed the LG is EXTREMELY user friendly, very well laid out menus. The Samsung makes me work hard sometimes to get where I need to go inside it's menu system.
One side note. My wife hasn't had a phone in about 5 years. And needless to say these phones have become much more complex during that time...so, user friendlyness (if that is even a word) is very important.
She says she likes the Samsung better, but she is only going off size and looks, she's never used either one.
Just with in the last few days Verizon has started a new promotion where the a670 "seems" to be Buy One Get One Free, great deal I think, plus the cost on the LG7000 has dropped. Over all, the cost comes to a difference of $150.00 bucks. I don't mind paying the extra cash for the right phone.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks!
