Hi, hope you can help me. I've been trying to research this but only find snippets of info on the web.I'm interested in knowing how the iPhone 4s on Verizon can be used for oversees travel.
My college age son is planning a semester in Europe (Germany) next year and I'm considering getting him a 4s. Is there as separate Verizon iPhone that will have the GSM SIM card or will they all have this capability?
It appears from some reports that VZW will allow "good" customers to "international unlock" the phone after 60 days. Can anyone explain how this will work?
