Verizon DSL Terrible nothing but issue's

I have just recently switched from Comcast to Verizon DSL along with switched to Direct TV which I believe I could enjoy and really like Direct Tv but due to such horrible internet service my tv is cutting out I cant watch a program on demand because it steady comes up buffing please wait then comes up and says due to your interney connection you may experience several interruptions record and watch later or continue it is terrible I am ready to switch my provider already and my son has a ps3 which he cant even enjoy online when I called Verizon of course not their fault all is good on their end I need to contact psn to discuss lagging with game system come on I have never had the issue before and my son has had every game system there is then the tech tells me that I have to many things running on my internet but before I evevn signed up I was asked what all I had and was completely honest and was assured I wouldn't experience and issue's especially not everyday 4 and 5 times a day it is terrible I don't think I should be paying for something I cant even enjoy or itleast have a credit something am looking at other opitions because I need to switch.

Most DSL isn't fast enough for say Netflix.

which verizon dsl package

without knowing which dsl package you are getting there is no way to give a specific reply. Verizon has several packages and if you are going cheap, that is the reason why you are having buffering issues. More likely you need their fastest package.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
