that might be NORMAL. But if you just signed up with them, you could complain to Verizon and see if that help.
When I check my speed at Speakeasy and the like, my speed seems to stop and start, speed up and slow down, and then the clock speed they show seems to be whatever my speed topped out at, the fastest speed I reached, rather than a median or avg.
