We had a recent discussion where someone was trying to use a cell phone to Dial Up services like your old days of the PC Modem. The answer is no.

Let's not repeat that long discussion. There is no Dial Up Modem in that cell phone.

Keep in mind a lot of folks have no experience with the dinosaurs you & I used in the past. I'd wager the OP might be referring to a more recent incantation as such.
